With a remarkable career spanning over 25 years in the travel industry, Ms. Jeena began her journey in 2002 as an escort for a Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand travel group. Interestingly, it was also her first international flight, yet she handled the responsibility with exceptional confidence and leadership. Her natural ability to guide and manage travelers seamlessly transformed that very first trip into a defining moment, marking the beginning of an inspiring career in tourism. Over the years, Ms. Jeena has travelled to more than 78 countries, gaining extensive global exposure and invaluable insights into international tourism, cultures, and travel management. Her vast experience has helped shape Bestination Holidays into a brand that focuses on quality, trust, and personalized travel experiences. Her achievements and contributions have been widely recognized. Mr. Shaibin Mathew Varghese is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience in the automobile industry, having worked with globally renowned luxury brands such as Mercedes Benz and Jaguar Land Rover. His extensive experience in the automotive sector has equipped him with strong technical expertise, strategic leadership abilities, and deep industry insights. He holds a Master’s Degree in Automobile Engineering, which reflects his strong academic foundation and long-standing passion for engineering and technology. Mr. Shaibin completed his schooling at St. Joseph’s Boys’ Anglo Indian Higher Secondary School, Coonoor, and later pursued his college education in Coimbatore, shaping his professional and technical journey.
Driven by an entrepreneurial vision, Mr. Shaibin co founded Bestination Holidays Pvt. Ltd. along with his wife Ms. Jeena Fernandez. The company was built on their shared passion for travel, exploration, and creating memorable experiences for travellers. As the Founder & Managing Director, Mr. Shaibin leads Bestination Holidays with strategic foresight, innovation, and a strong customer centric philosophy. Under his leadership, the company has expanded its reach across global destinations, strengthened its professional team, and established a reputation for delivering well curated, safe, and personalized travel experiences. Beyond his professional achievements, Mr. Shaibin is a strong supporter of women empowerment and has consistently encouraged entrepreneurship and leadership within his organization and personal life.
